THE STRUCTURE OF THE TAILGATE MAKES IT UNIQUE.
The tailgate, hinged on the front part of the frame, is a main feature for the effective work of the machine. Many are the advantages offered:
• bale unloading is guaranteed as, with the tail gate open, a minimum part of the bale remains in contact with the primary frame of the machine;
• the roller-chains system, with the chains and crossbars rotating exclusively in the tail gate, does not require disconnection of the PTO
from the tractor when the chamber is open, at the moment of the unloading of the bale.
All versions are also equipped with a bale expeller, that can be dismounted when working on slopes.
2 Pickup versions available:
The reduced diameter of the pick-up facilitates the harvesting of the product and the feed of the pressing chamber is granted by the fork introduction device wich has strong guides teeth.
This eliminate the risk of clogging caused by irregular windrows and it keeps the feed constant without any interruptions, guaranteeing an improved bale formation.
- The net binder with direct introduction in the chamber (net is introduced by the rollers) assures tension right from the start of the binding and thanks to the
controlled braking system it improves the binding quality of the external borders. - The electronic unit device:
- Partial and total counter of the bales
- Acoustic signal of bale ending
- Manual or automatic starting of net binding - Automatic chain lubrication (optional).
The basic structure of the machine is equipped with 3 rollers on the front of the 120 x 120 version and 4 rollers on the 120 x 150 version. Both versions also have 2 lower rollers. These are offset from each other to further facilitate bale unloading. Tractor hydraulic equipment required for operation.
