The 120 series is divided into two families of machines that are distinguished mainly by the safety system on the feeder: SR 7012 and SR 8012 are equipped with the innovative "NON-STOP" system with torque limiter which, perfectly calibrated, allows the feeding phase to be temporarily interrupted automatically in the event of overloads.
Once the overload condition is resolved, without any intervention by the operator, the torque limiter transmits motion to the feeder again.
This series of balers also uses a pre-chamber system that allows for well-formed bales with uniform density even in small windrows. The 220 cm wide pick-up is equipped with a freewheel and two torque limiters on the augers to prevent breakages due to overloads and can be equipped with a "short hay plate with accelerator roller" to facilitate the collection of short products.
After the pick-up is the feeding system:
• the rotary feeder with two comb reels conveys the product from the pick-up to the pre-chamber.
• The feeding fork, synchronized with the rotary feeder and the The compression piston feeds the pre-chamber continuously.
• When the pre-chamber is filled, mechanical sensors trigger a mechanism that causes the feeding fork to complete the chamber feeding cycle. To protect the machine from overloads, in addition to the torque limiters, there are two safety bolts: one on the flywheel and one on the knotters.

The "AUTOSTART" control unit allows you to program the fan pause time via the control unit in the cab. The machines are equipped as standard with the Easy Tronic electronic control unit, which, installed in the cab, allows you to adjust the bale density and displays the tying, any twine breakage, bale unloading (both with the chute and stacker), and the partial and total bale counter.
The R models are equipped with the digital control unit with color display which, in addition to the functions present on the Easy Tronic, allows for manual or automatic adjustment of the bale density, adjustment of the autostart control unit, and, as an option, the display of the product's moisture percentage and the power supply of the automatic greasing system. at fixed points.
There are also numerous accessories available, such as the humidity sensor located in the baling chamber; automatic greasing of all points requiring lubrication; chain lubrication; the last bale ejector and, for the 6012 and 7012 versions, the mounted bale stacker (which allows two bales to be grouped together to halve harvesting time in the field).
All models are equipped with an independent hydraulic system as standard. Only one simple action is needed to raise and lower the harvester. The upward opening of the front and side hoods facilitates maintenance and replenishing twine spools.
