R170 Round Balers: the development of originality maintaing the simplicity
The R 170 is synonymous of esearch, originality, and absolute innovation. The challenge was to create a one-of-a-kind product, capable of great performance while maintaining the fundamental features of reliability and simplicity. This variable chamber round baler is equipped with a single, seamless, 8 mm thick belt with layers of polyester monofilament reinforcement for a highly resistant edge.
This results in less product loss and better bale compaction, with the great advantage of being able to bale any type of product, with great ease of use and reduced maintenance.
The option of density adjustment (on 4 levels) allows for a more or less compact core. The greater compactness of the bale, whose diameter can be adjusted according to needs from 90 to 170 cm, and the uniformity of the product wrapping translate into smaller storage spaces and easier bale unrolling.
The 220 cm wide Pick-Up, equipped with 2 side augers and a metal sheet with roller that facilitates the collection of short products.
- The R 170 TOP CUT version has 13 hydraulically adjustable knives for a finer cut, ensuring the introduction of any type of product.
- Unloading of the bale is indicated by a visual warning on the machine.
- The Tele RF control unit has the following functions:
• Bale formation detection
• Bale pressure adjustment
• Automatic or manual
• Partial and total bale counter
• Knife control (Top Cut)
The standard mobile plate Non-Stop (against entrapment) increase the reliability of the machine in baling any type of products.
